Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl3ph Casino ("jl3ph," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jl3ph platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at jl3ph.vip and any associated mobile applications or platforms.

Eligibility

Account Registration

To access the full range of jl3ph Casino services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active jl3ph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl3ph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jl3ph Casino will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4. Account Verification (KYC): jl3ph Casino may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
5. Account Currency: All jl3ph Casino accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise stated.

Deposits & Withdrawals

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in our payment schedule. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) hour during business hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Withdrawal Verification: jl3ph Casino reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds derived from illegal activities is strictly prohibited. jl3ph Casino complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations under Philippine law.
• No Third-Party Payments: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. jl3ph Casino will not accept deposits from third-party accounts and reserves the right to return such funds and suspend the associated player account.
• Transaction Fees: jl3ph Casino does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jl3ph Casino accepts no responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

jl3ph Casino offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms and conditions attached to individual offers:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jl3ph Casino reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion.

Game Rules & Fair Play

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl3ph Casino shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the jl3ph platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, jl3ph Casino specifically disclaims liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of jl3ph services due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the jl3ph platform.
• Any gambling losses incurred through normal use of the platform.
• Any third-party content, services, or websites that may be referenced in connection with jl3ph Casino.

jl3ph Casino's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. jl3ph Casino is not obligated to return funds where termination results from a breach of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable regulations issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of jl3ph Casino complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. jl3ph Casino makes no representation that its services are lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
